The Bistro Server (AM Shift) is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to hotel guests during breakfast hours. This role creates a welcoming morning experience by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring the Bistro is clean, stocked, and organized.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve breakfast items, coffee, and beverages according to brand standards
- Operate POS system, process payments, and handle cash responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness of the Bistro, including counters, tables, coffee station, and service areas
- Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
- Assist with opening duties, including setup of breakfast service
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest needs and requests
- Work collaboratively with hotel team members to ensure a smooth guest experience
Qualifications
- Previous food service or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
- Must meet local requirements for food handling certification (if applicable)

- Morning shifts (early AM start required)
