Shuttle Driver

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to safely transport passengers between CLT Airport and Hotel. The ideal candidate is punctual, courteous, and committed to providing a safe and pleasant riding experience.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a shuttle vehicle along assigned routes and schedules
- Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and light luggage as needed
- Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Check tire pressure, engine oil, and all vehicle fluids regularly
- Report maintenance needs, mechanical issues, or safety concerns promptly
- Keep the shuttle vacuumed, washed, and cleaned at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle interior and exterior
- During downtime, assist with light cleaning duties and blowing/clearing parking lots
- Communicate clearly with passengers and dispatch regarding schedules or delays
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (appropriate class for vehicle type)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
Schedule & Environment
- Part-time or full-time shifts available
- May include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays
